A cash deposit can have a playthrough condition even when no promotion was selected, while a bonus can create an additional rollover ledger with its own eligible games and contribution rates. The account balance alone does not show whether either requirement remains.
Open the promotion and transaction histories and list each bonus, free-play credit or automatic offer. A small reward added after deposit can create conditions that are easy to miss. Record the offer code and acceptance time.
Find the deposit rule separately
Ask whether the deposited principal has a required playthrough before withdrawal and which activities count. Do not assume declining a bonus removes every anti-abuse or deposit-turnover condition stated in the current account terms.
Read the rollover formula
Confirm whether the multiplier applies to bonus only, deposit plus bonus or another base. Check game contribution percentages, excluded wagers, minimum odds and expiry. Repeating the headline multiplier without its base gives the wrong remaining amount.
Use the account ledger, not estimates
Record the displayed completed and remaining figures before further play. If support quotes a different amount, ask for the controlling offer and calculation. Chasing a requirement without a fixed ledger can increase losses and create more confusion.
