A crypto transfer is not corrected by a card chargeback process. Before sending, compare the cashier asset, the network selected in the external wallet and the complete destination address. A familiar ticker is not enough when an asset exists on several networks.
Generate or display the deposit or withdrawal address inside the signed-in cashier for the selected asset. Do not reuse an address copied from an old email, screenshot or another account without confirming that it remains valid.
Match the network at both ends
Check whether the cashier names a chain or token standard, then choose the identical network in the sending wallet. Fees and speed do not make an incompatible chain acceptable. If the interface is unclear, stop and ask support.
Compare the complete address
Use copy and paste, then compare the first and last characters and any memo, tag or destination note. Clipboard malware and saved contacts can replace an address. Never type a long address from memory.
Send a proportionate test
For a new route, consider a small permitted test before a large transfer, while accounting for minimums and fees. Keep the transaction ID. Never send wallet seed phrases, private keys or one-time security codes to casino support.
